Everyday is a Good Day to Workout




We all have those days that we don't want to work out even though we know we should. 
Here are some reasons you shouldn't skip your workout today:

  1-it keeps your mind sharp
  2-it makes you feel accomplished
  3- makes you want to stay healthy as you age
  4-it improves your balance
  5- it makes you feel confident
  6- it helps you get stronger

being a good example for others boosts your self-esteem.
