The best thing about this recipe is that it can be adjusted for the fresh fruit you have on hand, and is equally good.





Orange Banana Yogurt Smoothie
Makes 2 servings

2 c orange juice
2 medium frozen ripe bananas, cut into pieces
1 c (8 oz.) low-fat or fat-free vanilla yogurt
Ground cinnamon

Place juice and bananas in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. Add yogurt. Cover and blend until frothy. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately. Hint: To freeze bananas, peel and place in freezer bag. Seal tightly and freeze
